The Abrahamic faiths (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) diverged from the mainstream of human experience by embracing the concept of duality. The universe was split in two, and half was rejected. By this act, half of ourselves also was cut away, and the wound of duality was inflicted upon our psyches. This damage is not easily healed. Ms. Tsu will argue that Thelema is a powerful antidote to the wound of Abraham. By working directly with the Abrahamic symbols and archetypes, but in a framework of dynamic balance and harmony, Thelema brings medicine to the roots of this ancient wound.

Radical Thelema takes Thelema seriously as a spiritual practice in the twenty-first century. If the law is for all, how do we remove the barriers to entrance? Topics: social justice, rights of women, gender fluidity, serving the needs of Thelemic community, interfaith work, the meaning of communion, Thelemic ancestors, embodying the divine. Presentation of preliminary ideas followed by discussion of topics.

We’ve offered devotional to our gods, built altars, called deities into statues, even called deity into each other. What is the final step that brings us into the presence of the gods in their own sphere? We can strengthen the soul’s body (ochema-pneuma), then bring the deity into that vehicle where we can commune with the god directly. This presentation discusses the nature of the soul’s vehicle, purification and invocation, how to rise to the presence of the gods, and our responsibilities when we return.
