There are moments in which time and space is transcended and we stand at a threshold. Here we may experience insight, inspiration and guidance. A bubble has been created on the sea of unconsciousness and within it pure consciousness resides. All too soon the bubble burst and dissolves back into unconscious content leaving us with the nagging feeling that something precious has been lost or forgotten. This class will teach a technique to allow that bubble to rise up intact and to create a noticeable change in consciousness.
