Her voice cackles creating a cascade of shivers to all who hear it. She flies silently through the night sky in her mortar and pestle with a broom clearing away her tracks. She sharpens her teeth and with the snap of her bony finger will swallow you whole. She is the Baba Yaga, the wild witch in the words, and grandmother to us all. Baba gives power, and in return offers impossible tasks, which may not be truly impossible at all. Are you ready to face her?
