We’ll romp through images of rock art and geoglyphs, paintings, sculptures and seals, to gaze upon Snake Goddess in Argentina, Crete, Britain, Iran, China, Guatemala, Nigeria, Sweden, Korea, Ecuador, Turkey, and Mexico. We’ll discuss Ngalyod the Creatrix (Australia), Ashtart of the Serpents, Kemetic serpent women, Manasā, Coatlicue and Cihuacoatl, Melusine, Sapiente Sibillia, Nu Gua, las Cihuateteo, Medusa and Mami Wata, Bona Dea, and Santa Marta la Domincana. With dragon women and lizard women thrown in for good measure.
